this list is a little misleading. what tells US grade a little more about competitiveness of a specialty is the match rate of US grads. the ranking lists page 4 of the charting out comes document. which would change you list to derm (61%), plastics (63%), transitional (73%), ortho (80%), ENT and rad onc (82%), and so on.
